"I am perhaps best-known as Mission Driven Leader"
Nancy Steiger
As leaders, we have to model the behaviors we want to engender in our teams. Personally, I want to empower people to improve their health and achieve a sustainable work/life balance. If we fail to do this - if we model “work until you fall down” practices - then what kind of people will we attract to our organizations?
My mission is to mentor the next generation of leaders – empowering them with knowledge, skills, and behaviors to build sustainable change and transform their world. I seek to leave things better than I found them, give more than I take, and to continue to grow, develop, and work with others to do the same, having fun along the way.
Mission fulfillment is provided through customized leadership development solutions for individuals, teams and boards and is based on evidence-based strategies and years of experience with multiple diverse organizations.
